How to Deliver Tasks to Microsoft Teams
You can send the results of a task directly to a Microsoft Teams channel using the Microsoft Teams integration. Follow these steps to get set up and start sharing updates automatically.
Step 1: Connect the App for Microsoft Teams
Before delivering any tasks to Microsoft Teams, ensure the Microsoft Teams is connected:
- Go to the Configure page in your workspace.
- Under Integrations, confirm that the integration for Microsoft Teams connection is active.
- If it’s not connected, follow the prompts to install and then connect your Microsoft Teams account.
Step 2: Create or Edit a Task
- Navigate to Tasks from the top navigation bar.
- Either:
- Edit an existing task, or
- Create a new task.
Step 3: Set Microsoft Teams as the Output Destination
- In the task setup screen, locate Select output channel.
