This guide provides detailed instructions on uploading files within the Maybe* platform, including handling file limits, managing unsupported file types, and making adjustments to your file list before submission.

Uploading Files

1. Initiate File Upload:
   • Click the paperclip icon in the platform interface.
   • Choose 'Upload from Computer' to access your device's file system.
2. Select Files:
   • Navigate to the desired folder and select multiple files for upload.
   • Be aware of the ten-file limit when selecting files.
3. Exceeding File Limits:
   • The platform currently allows a maximum of ten files per upload session.
   • If you select more than ten files, the system will prompt you with an error when attempting to process the upload.
   • Maximum file size: 512 megabyte (MB)

Handling Unsupported File Types

• Error Notification:
  • If any unsupported file types are included in your selection, an error message will indicate which files are not supported.
  • Remove unsupported files from the list to proceed with the upload.

Adjusting Your File List

1. Review and Adjust Files:
   • After receiving an error or notification, review the selected files.
   • Remove any files that exceed the limit or are of unsupported types.
2. Add or Replace Files:
   • To adjust your selection, remove unwanted files.
   • Add new files by returning to the upload interface and selecting additional files, keeping within the ten-file limit.
3. Finalise Uploads:
   • Once the file list is satisfactory, confirm the selection and proceed with uploading.

NOTE: If you update any files on Google Drive or Dropbox you will need to re-upload them in order for them to update.
