In this guide, we will walk you through the process of updating your knowledge base for your AI agents on the Maybe* platform. This feature allows you to enhance your AI agents' capabilities by providing them with the necessary information to perform tasks effectively.

The knowledge base can be updated by either uploading documents or adding website URLs. Here’s how you can do it:

• Navigate to the configure page on the Maybe* platform.
• From the left-hand menu, select "Knowledge Base."

Uploading Documents:

• Choose the "Upload" option if you wish to upload a document.

• You can upload via Google Drive or Dropbox, or directly from your computer:

• Choose the files you want to add to the knowledge base and wait for the upload to complete.
• Once uploaded, select the AI agents to which you want to add this knowledge base.

NOTE: If you update any files on Google Drive or Dropbox you will need to re-upload them in order for them to update.
